Penny is known for her excellent organization, administrative, leadership, and management abilities. A frequent conference presenter, Penny is known as an accomplished public speaker. Professionally, Penny has spent over 38 years as a Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP); working with children; mentoring SLP students; and directing OT (Occupational therapy)/PT (Physical Therapy)/SLP departments.
As a servant leader, Penny has been a board chair and served in many volunteer leadership positions in her church and community. Penny has successfully written and secured grants as an employee and as a volunteer for schools and her church. She also has been a board member recommending grants for approval on a district level of her church.
Penny was an original member of the first Cincinnati, Ohio Motherless Daughters group. Over the next years, she dedicated herself to giving back to the ministry through volunteering in many roles and now as a member of the Board of Directors.
